Sue meets every guest at Cape Town International. All transfers, all dinners, all logistics handled — you just play. Solo golfers welcome: arrive on your own, leave with friends.
The itinerary
Day by day
- Day 1
Arrival in Cape Town
Airport pick-up, transfer to Somerset West and check in at Silver Forest. Welcome reception and dinner at the hotel.
- Day 2
Erinvale Golf Club
A round at Erinvale — Ernie Els' home club, with the Hottentots-Holland mountains as your backdrop. Evening at leisure.
- Day 3
Stellenbosch Golf Club
South Africa's oldest inland course. Wood-fired pizzas and drinks on the clubhouse terrace as the sun dips behind the mountains.
- Day 4
Devonvale Golf Club
A round set on a working wine estate, with wine tasting and snacks after golf.
- Day 5
Move to Cape Town
Franschhoek for its curio and craft shops, then lunch in the valley. Transfer to Cape Town and check in to The Vineyard Hotel, Claremont.
- Day 6
Metropolitan Golf Club
The parkland gem within sight of Table Mountain. Dinner at Barristers pub in Newlands.
- Day 7
Explore Cape Town
A rest day from golf — the Christmas markets and Afternoon Tea at The Mount Nelson. Free afternoon for the V&A Waterfront or the Table Mountain cable car.
- Day 8
Steenberg Golf Club
The Constantia-valley course laid out among 300-year-old wine estates.
- Day 9
Royal Cape Golf Club
A final round at the oldest golf club in South Africa. Farewell dinner and prize-giving on the terrace at The Vineyard.
- Day 10
Departure or extend
Breakfast, then transfer to the airport — or extend with a few nights in Hermanus or a luxury safari at Gondwana Game Reserve.
