ABOUT THE GOLF COURSE There are no water hazards at Golf de Chalon-sur-Saone but it will still test your game. The challenge lies in the quite narrow fairways and 60 plus bunkers. Opened in 1976 the course has matured nicely with a beautiful backdrop of more than 20,000 rosebushes and 200 types of trees. The clubhouse looks over the River Saone, be grateful it doesn't come into play Located about 20 miles south of Beaune this golf course adds to the enjoyable portfolio of golf courses in this region.
