ABOUT THE GOLF COURSE Milnerton Golf Club is a lush links type golf course on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean just outside Cape Town. The sea and the RietVlei river lagoon border most holes with seven water holes just waiting to catch any wayward shots. The outward nine holes tend to play with the prevailing breeze behind you. After the turn you are into the wind and there's a fine stretch of three challenging holes to take you home, a short par four, a reachable par five and a long par four, all running back along the Rietvlei River. The spectacular view of Table Mountain from almost every hole is breathtaking and you will love the outstanding bird displays around the water. Enjoy at least one drink in the Sunset lounge in the clubhouse. To complete a magical day you may spot whales or dolphins at play.
